How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we source our unique decor items directly from global manufacturers to provide you with the best prices, shipping times typically range between 7 to 15 business days. Please note that processing time (1-3 days) is not included in the shipping estimate.
Where do you ship from?
We operate on a Direct-from-Supplier model. Your items are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in Europe, Asia, and North America, depending on the specific product and your location. This ensures the fastest possible route and reduces unnecessary logistics costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact us at contact@greenleaf-decor.co before sending any items back.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately. As a UK-registered company (GREENLEAF DECOR LIMITED), we stand by our products and will provide a replacement or a full refund for any faulty goods.
