Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Greenleaf Decor. We want to ensure you have a transparent and smooth experience. Below is our detailed policy regarding returns and refunds.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused;
- With all original tags attached;
- In its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that since we work with various global suppliers (dropshipping model), items must be inspected upon arrival at our partner warehouse before a refund can be processed.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first at contact@greenleaf-decor.co.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label until you have contacted us. Returns sent to us or our partners without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return questions at our support email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging in your email. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right with our suppliers.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods: such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products: such as special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care goods: such as beauty products or hygiene-sensitive items.
- Hazardous materials: flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility rules apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (please allow extra time for transit to our processing centers). We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
